Our artisan sourdough breads are handcrafted in small batches using time-honored methods and simple, wholesome ingredients. Each loaf is naturally leavened, slow-fermented, and made with care to bring depth of flavor, soft crumb, and a perfectly crisp crust.
We offer a variety of flavors—from our classic country-style sourdough to savory favorites like Jalapeño Cheddar and Scallion Asiago, and seasonal blends like Cranberry, Orange & Walnut and Cinnamon Sugar. Please follow our Instagram page to stay updated on any new flavors.
We only use King Arthur bread flour, filtered water and Celtic Sea Salt as our base.
🍞 Please note: We currently offer local pickup in Berne, NY or delivery (with a $60 minimum). We do not ship our sourdough products at this time to ensure freshness and quality.
